Update: Isaiah Thomas will play Thursday, sit out on Friday for Cavs
Updating an earlier report, Cleveland Cavaliers guard Isaiah Thomas is expected to play and start on Thursday but sit out on Friday night, according to head coach Tyronn Lue.
It is clear that Thomas won't play both halves of back-to-backs, but there was some confusion over which game he would sit out. Coach Lue told reporters that Thomas is for sure out on Friday, so it appears IT will start on Thursday night versus the Toronto Raptors.
Thomas has averaged 19.7 minutes and 13.4 FanDuel points in the 3 games he has played this season.
