LeBron James says Cleveland will feature Kevin Love more
Cleveland Cavaliers forward Kevin Love is expected to be more of a focal point of the team's offense this season.
"He will do some of the things he did prior to last year," LeBron James said. Love only had a 21.6 usage rate in his 1,890 minutes with LeBron last year, and 68.4 percent of his shots came without a dribble overall. By comparison, Love had a 28.4 usage rate with the Wolves in 2013-14 with 64.5 percent of his shots coming without a bounce. Love could especially take on a bigger role early, depending on the health of Kyrie Irving.
Love may have struggled to fit into the Cavaliers' offense for most of last season, but he still averaged 16.4 points and 9.7 rebounds while hitting 36 percent from beyond the arc.
