Despite many rumors claiming Deng was going to opt out, he has just opted in with Miami and is expected to make $10.1 million.
What It Means:
Deng will return to the Heat for another year and will provide solid mentorship to rookie Justise Winslow. Now the Heat have to focus their efforts on retaining D-Wade.
