Spurs' Kyle Anderson reportedly looking at 2-3 weeks on shelf
San Antonio Spurs small forward Kyle Anderson is expected to miss the next 2-3 weeks of action with a sprained MCL in his left knee, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
Anderson made an early exit from Sunday's loss and appeared to be in a significant amount of pain following the injury. Until Kawhi Leonard (quad) makes his debut, there should be more minutes on the wings for the likes of Rudy Gay, Danny Green, Bryn Forbes, and Brandon Paul. The Spurs play a back-to-back tonight versus the Detroit Pistons.
Anderson is averaging 25.1 FanDuel points across 23 games this season, with 8.9 points, 6.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.2 steals, 0.8 blocks, and 1.3 turnovers on 51.3 percent shooting from the field.
