Cavaliers eyeing next week for Tristan Thompson (calf) return
Cleveland Cavaliers power forward/center Tristan Thompson could return to the court next week.
Thompson will have missed at least a month after suffering a strain of his left calf muscle. He'll get more practice reps before returning, but at the earliest it looks like he could be back in the lineup on Monday against the Chicago Bulls. Until then, Kevin Love will start at center with Jae Crowder and Channing Frye likely to see reduced minutes upon Thompson's return.
Averaging 13.7 FanDuel points per game, Thompson is projected for 19.3 FD points and 25.9 minutes if he takes the floor for Monday's matchup with the Bulls.
