Timberwolves' Jimmy Butler remains quiet in loss to Golden State
Minnesota Timberwolves guard/forward Jimmy Butler was limited to 11 points on 5-of-12 shooting in Wednesday's blowout loss to the Golden State Warriors.
Over his 31 minutes, Butler contributed elsewhere, with five assists, three rebounds and two steals in a difficult road loss. In response to his underwhelming play, the 28-year-old stated, "As long as we win, I'm happy." This was the Timberwolves' first loss since October 25th.
Averaging 29.5 FanDuel points per game, Butler's 27.1 FD points came to a value of 3.52 points per $1,000. He's expected to bounce back with 44 projected FanDuel points in a Saturday matchup against the Phoenix Suns.
