Jaylen Brown shines in Boston's season opener
Boston Celtics guard/forward Jaylen Brown scored a career-high 25 points in Tuesday's 102-99 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Brown started at shooting guard and played a lot of small forward following the injury to starter Gordon Hayward (ankle, leg). He looked aggressive from the start, as he missed a thunderous dunk early on only to continue attacking the rim for the remainder of the contest. He also played some good defense on Dwyane Wade and LeBron James while leading the Celtics in scoring.
After an original projection of 22.3 FanDuel points, Brown totaled 35.2 FanDuel points at $3,700. He remains that price for Wednesday's matchup with the Milwaukee Bucks. He's projected for 11.2 points and 20.0 FanDuel points, and is one of the top value options on the slate.
