Pacers, Lakers talking Paul George trade
The Indiana Pacers and Los Angeles Lakers have engaged in preliminary discussions involving Pacers forward Paul George, according to ESPN's Marc Stein and Ramona Shelburne.
George informed Indiana that he would leave the franchise as a free agent in 2018. Since then, George has been made available in trade talks and has been the subject of non-stop trade rumors. In addition to the Lakers, the Cleveland Cavaliers and Washington Wizards are also trying to acquire the services of the 27-year-old All-Star.
George's 3.8 ranked third on the Pacers and 57th among all players in 2016-17.
