Manu Ginobili plays big minutes in Spurs' season-ending defeat
San Antonio Spurs shooting guard Manu Ginobili went 6-of-12 from the field on Monday, finishing with 15 points, 7 assists and 1 rebound as the Spurs fell 129-115 to the Golden State Warriors, eliminating them from playoff contention
This was the first playoff game Ginobili has started since 2013, and the 32 minutes he played marked a season-high. Ginobili turns 40 over the summer, and while he still hasn't made any decisions, there's a very real chance this was the last game of the future Hall of Famer's career.
Ginobili finished the season averaging a career-low 7.5 points to go with 2.3 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.2 steals in 18.7 minutes per game. His 0.6 nERD ranked 123rd in the NBA and ninth among Spurs players.
