Stephen Curry gets hot from downtown, Warriors embarrass San Antonio
Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry went 8-of-13 from the field (including a nice 6-of-9 from 3-point range), finishing with 29 points, 7 assists, 7 rebounds and 3 steals in only 31 minutes of action as the Warriors destroyed the San Antonio Spurs 136-100 on Tuesday night.
The absence of Kawhi Leonard (ankle) obviously played a huge role in this one, but even if Leonard returns for Game 3, the Warriors are now incredibly well-positioned to make it through to the NBA finals, with a 2-0 series lead.
Curry finished Tuesday's victory with a game-high 55.6 nERD, per numberFire Live.
