Giannis Antetokounmpo scores 34 points as Bucks are eliminated from playoffs
Milwaukee Bucks guard/forward Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 34 points in a season-ending 92-89 loss to the Toronto Raptors on Thursday, adding 9 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals, 2 blocks, 1 3-pointer and 3 turnovers in 47 minutes.
The Bucks almost came back to win the game in the fourth quarter, but the Raptors were able to avoid a Game 7 with a road win in Game 6. The 22-year-old Antetokounmpo is coming off a career season and he will be one of the top picks in next year's fantasy drafts.
Antetokounmpo finished the regular season averaging 22.9 points, 8.7 rebounds, 5.4 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.9 blocks over 35.6 minutes per game. He owned a career-best .541 effective field goal percentage and his nERD of 14.0 ranked 11th in the league.
