Stephen Curry scores well in return to Warriors' lineup
Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry (knee) returned to the lineup on Monday and scored 28 points in 30 minutes of action as the Warriors fell 105-99 to the Utah Jazz.
Curry was coming back from a one-game absence in this one, and he got a surprisingly big workload considering the Warriors are already locked in as the top seed in the Western Conference. He's expected to suit up for Wednesday's season finale against the Los Angeles Lakers, but don't look for him to see too many minutes in that one.
Curry has averaged 25.4 points, 4.5 rebounds, 6.6 assists, 1.8 steals and 4.3 3-pointers in 33.5 minutes per game this season. His 15.8 nERD ranks second among Warriors players and seventh in the NBA.
