Brooklyn Nets center Brook Lopez scored 30 points during a 121-111 win over the Orlando Magic on Saturday, adding seven rebounds, one assist, two blocks and two 3-pointers in 28 minutes.

Score one for the birthday fantasy narrative as he topped his age on his 29th birthday. As another gift, coach Kenny Atkinson said he is not going to shut down his starters the rest of the way.
