Cristiano Felicio (tailbone) active for Bulls following three-game absence
Chicago Bulls center Cristiano Felicio (tailbone) is available to play against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Thursday.
Felicio will return after spending the past three games on the sidelines. He's going to cut into Robin Lopez's playing time and should help the Bulls inside defensively, but there's no fantasy impact here.
numberFire's algorithms project Felicio to record 4.9 points and 4.6 rebounds in 14.1 minutes tonight against the Cavaliers.
