Rockets' James Harden scores 40 in triple-double
Houston Rockets guard/forward James Harden had another triple-double against the Denver Nuggets during a 109-105 win on Saturday, scoring 40 points with 10 rebounds, 10 assists, two steals, eight turnovers and three 3-pointers in 37 minutes.
That extends his NBA record seven 40-point triple-doubles in one season. Harden also has four consecutive triple-doubles, mostly thanks to camping out under the rim more often these days. The Rockets are not expected to rest their players until they are locked in to their seed to allow them to develop chemistry.
Harden outdid everyone on both teams in this game, with a strong 26.01 nERD, per numberFire Live.
