Chris Paul (thumb) likely out Thursday for the Clippers
Los Angeles Clippers point guard Chris Paul (thumb) is unlikely to suit up against the Golden State Warriors on Thursday night, per head coach Doc Rivers.
The Clippers' game notes list him as out, but there does appear to be an outside chance he suits up. Paul was medically cleared on Wednesday, so even if he doesn't play tonight, he may return on Friday against the San Antonio Spurs.
Paul is averaging 17.5 points, 9.7 assists, 5.3 rebounds and 2.2 steals in 30.9 minutes per game this season. He leads all Clippers players and ranks 14th in the NBA with an 8.2 nERD.
