Knicks' Kristaps Porzingis takes home the Skills Challenge title
New York Knicks forward/center Kristaps Porzingis won the Skills Challenge on Saturday night.
Porzingis bested Utah Jazz forward Gordon Hayward in the final round to become the first Knicks player and second consecutive big man to win the event. The second-year pro also racked up 24 points in the Rising Stars Challenge on Friday, giving him one successful All-Star weekend. Porzingis heads into the second half fully healthy and ready to give the Knicks one last playoff push.
Porzingis is averaging 18.3 points, 7.1 rebounds, 2.0 blocks, and 1.9 three-pointers per game with a 0.5 nERD rating, ranking him 111th out of 463 NBA players.
