Manu Ginobili (ankle) will not return to Spurs' game Wednesday
San Antonio Spurs guard/forward Manu Ginobili (left ankle impingement) did not return against the Orlando Magic on Wednesday.
The Spurs won by 28, so being ruled out didn't really mean much. Ginobili tweaked his ankle on a drive and was down for a couple minutes, but he was able to put some weight on it as he went to the locker room. He'll have the break to get right.
Ginobili played 15 minutes tonight, posting just 2 points, 2 assists and 2 rebounds. His 6.52 nERD was just seventh on the team, per numberFire Live, and his 93.1 Defensive Rating was the worst among the Spurs to see the floor tonight.
