Lance Stephenson joins Timberwolves on 10-day
The Minnesota Timberwolves officially signed guard/forward Lance Stephenson to a 10-day contract.
What It Means:
With Zach LaVine (knee) done for the year, Stephenson should be able to compete for playing time right away. He's worth a speculative add in deeper formats, but standard-league owners should hold off for now. Stephenson's addition to the lineup could mean less playing time for Brandon Rush.
Stephenson averaged 9.7 points, 4.8 assists and 3.0 rebounds on 27.0 minutes per game in six contests with the New Orleans Pelicans this season. The Timberwolves currently rank 20th in numberFire's NBA Team Power Rankings.
