Atlanta's Dwight Howard dominates in revenge game against Houston
Atlanta Hawks center Dwight Howard dominated with 24 points on 11-of-13 shooting while adding 23 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal and 2 blocks as the Hawks beat the Rockets 113-108 on Thursday.
Howard also went off in his first game against his former team earlier this season, with 20 points and 15 rebounds, and the Rockets could do absolutely nothing to contain him on Thursday. Howard is having a strong season for the Hawks, averaging 13.8 points and 13.0 rebounds -- his best since leaving Orlando -- per game.
Howard's 27.3 nERD in Thursday's win was good for second among Hawks players, per numberFire Live. He also leads the team and ranks 18th in the NBA with a 5.9 nERD on the season.
