Paul Millsap will not play for the Hawks on Friday or Saturday
Atlanta Hawks' forward Paul Millsap (hip) will not play against the Detroit Pistons on Friday and is also out on Saturday against the Toronto Raptors.
What It Means:
This will make three straight games missed for Millsap. Even with the missed games, the hip injury does not appear to be serious, giving the veteran a good shot at playing on Monday versus the Oklahoma City Thunder. Mike Muscala is likely to start at power forward the next two games.
Millsap is having a down season with averages of 16.1 points and 8.1 rebounds per game with 0.8 nERD rating.
