Danny Green sits out second half of Spurs' game with groin injury
San Antonio Spurs guard/forward Danny Green had three points, one rebound and one block in 15 minutes of action before sitting out the second half of Monday's game with a groin injury.
Green has only played three games this season, missing the start of the year with a quad injury, and while he says that he hopes to be ready for the Spurs' next game on Wednesday, there's a real chance that he is held out of that one.
Green hasn't been especially productive in his three games this season, averaging 5.3 points, 1.3 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 22.7 minutes per game with a 9.8 player efficiency rating.
