Frank Kaminsky questionable for Hornets' opener

Charlotte Hornets forward Frank Kaminsky (right foot sprain) is questionable to play Charlotte's regular-season opener against Milwaukee Bucks.

What It Means:

Kaminsky was expected to serve as the Hornets' starting power forward while Marvin Williams is recovering from a broken finger. However, Kaminsky was hurt in Charlotte's final preseason game and with Cody Zeller also hurt, the Hornets might be forced to play Michael Kidd-Gilchrist at power forward and play small ball until one of their big men is back.

In his rookie season, Kaminsky averaged 7.5 points and 4.1 rebounds in 21.1 minutes per game. He had only a .474 effective field goal percentage and he ranked 239th with a -0.3 nERD.
