Bulls, Bucks make Michael Carter-Williams, Tony Snell swap official

The Chicago Bulls have officially acquired point guard Michael Carter-Williams in exchange for guard/forward Tony Snell.

What It Means:

The Bulls continue to prove successful in their quest to assemble the worst perimeter shooting backcourt in the league, albeit Carter-Williams could prove to be an upgrade over Jerian Grant. For fantasy purposes, it's a lateral move, as Rajon Rondo is locked in as the starter in Chicago. Snell could wind up carving out some value in Milwaukee, but neither player is worth the investment of a draft pick.

Carter-Williams was limited to only 54 games last year due to injury, posting a career-low 11.5 points per game and an uninspiring .466 effective field goal percentage (eFG%). Snell regressed some in his third year in the league, finishing with a .454 eFG% and only 5.3 points in 20.3 minutes per contest.
