Bulls trade Tony Snell to Bucks for Michael Carter-Williams

The Chicago Bulls and Milwaukee Bucks are expected to complete a trade on Monday to send guard Michael Carter-Williams to Chicago in exchange for forward Tony Snell.

What It Means:

Both players are somewhat disappointing former first round picks, but this move could be good for Snell, who has had a hard time carving out minutes in Chicago. With the injury to Khris Middleton, Snell could find himself with a nice chunk of rotation minutes in Milwaukee, while Carter-Williams will have to battle for backup point guard minutes for the Bulls. Neither of them are on the fantasy radar.

Snell regressed some in his third year in the league, posting a .454 effective field goal percentage (eFG%) and only 5.3 points in 20.3 minutes per game. Carter-Williams was limited to only 54 games last year due to injury, posting a career-low 11.5 points per game and an uninspiring .466 eFG%.
