Raptors' DeMarre Carroll still isn't 100 percent
Toronto Raptors forward DeMarre Carroll (knee) still isn't 100 percent, and will have his training camp minutes monitored.
Carroll underwent surgery in January, and while he was able to return in time for the playoffs, the injury limited him, and it appears that it is continuing to linger through the off-season.
Carroll is coming off of a decent year for the Raptors, having averaged 11.0 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.0 assist in 30.2 minutes per game in 2015-2016.
