Chris Bosh fails Heat physical
Miami Heat forward/center Chris Bosh has failed his physical and will not be cleared for training camp according to Tim Reynolds of the AP.
This is another big blow to Bosh's chances of ever playing in the NBA again. Team doctors say they have found evidence of "some continued clotting," related to one of the previous incidents according to Barry Jackson. Bosh is not expected to file a grievance with the league and the Heat could potentially file to remove Bosh's salary from the cap by February 9th, the one year anniversary of his last game.
Bosh was limited to only 53 games last season before his second episode of blood clots ended his season. He was having a great season, averaging 19.1 points, 7.4 rebounds and posting a .520 effective field goal percentage.
