Knicks sign Sasha Vujacic to one-year deal
The New York Knicks have signed shooting guard Sasha Vujacic to a one-year deal.
"The Machine" has played just 10 minutes in the NBA since the 2010-11 season. This is likely just a depth signing, even for the Knicks, who finished last in our power rankings in the 2014-15 season.
Vujacic has posted an above-average Player Efficiency Rating just once in his NBA career (it was 15.1 in 2007-08). He did, though, post nERD scores of 2.7 in 2008-09 and 2.6 in 2007-08, which indicate how many wins above or below .500 he would have made a league-average team based on his efficiency.
