Festus Ezeli agrees to two-year deal with Trail Blazers
Unrestricted free agent center Festus Ezeli has reached an agreement on a two-year, $15 million deal with the Portland Trail Blazers.
Ezeli is headed to Portland after the Golden State Warriors rescinded their qualifying offer for the big man. He has been limited to 46 games in each of the past two seasons and was largely ineffective for the majority of the postseason. His fantasy value will remain in short supply with Portland.
Ezeli saw his minutes drop to 8.8 minutes in the postseason, from 16.7 in the regular season. He averaged 7.0 points, 5.6 rebounds and 1.1 blocks on a .548 effective field goal percentage this past year, earning a 2.3 nERD that ranked 57th in the league.
