Ilyasova had an $8.4 million team option for this upcoming season, and with the salary cap set to go up to $94 million, the Thunder still have roughly $25 million to work towards trying to resign Kevin Durant. Ilyasova will provide solid depth and scoring off the bench next season for the Thunder, as he will now hit free agency in 2017.

For the Pistons and Magic last season, Ilyasova averaged 9.7 points and 5.5 rebounds in just under 24 minutes per game. His numbers might take a hit heading to Oklahoma City, but the 29 year-old veteran is a solid pickup for a Thunder team wanting to convince Durant to return.
