Bulls acquire Spencer Dinwiddie from Pistons
The Chicago Bulls have acquired guard Spencer Dinwiddie from the Detroit Pistons in exchange for forward Cameron Bairstow.
Both players were drafted in the second round of the 2014 draft, and neither have had much luck cracking their team's rotations. Dinwiddie has a chance to be the Bulls' backup point guard this season is he impresses during training camp, while Bairstow will simply serve as front court depth in Detroit.
Dinwiddie averaged 4.8 points, 1.8 assists and 1.4 boards in 12 appearances this season, while Bairstow appeared in just 18 games, but he did have two starts.
