Hawks' Jeff Teague played 2015-'16 with partially torn patellar tendon

Atlanta Hawks guard Jeff Teague revealed that he played the entire 2015-'16 season with a partially torn patellar tendon in his knee.

What It Means:

While Teague did not require surgery after the season, he's currently resting his knee in order to prepare for 2016-'17. Teague has since deleted his Instagram post, but said he "could barely jump or stop" last season. The 27-year-old could be moved as he is in the last year of his deal with the Hawks, which would provide a huge boost to Dennis Schroder's fantasy value.

Teague finished the year averaging 15.7 points and 5.9 assists in 28.5 minutes per game. He had a nERD of 1.5 in 2015-'16.
