Mavericks listing J.J. Barea, David Lee doubtful for Game 3
Dallas Mavericks point guard J.J. Barea (groin) and forward/center David Lee are doubtful to play against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday in Game 3.
Barea did do some strenuous workouts on Wednesday, but it sounds like he won't be able to give it a go. He does have a slight tear in his groin, so he could miss additional games. Raymond Felton looks like he'll be used quite a bit again. If the Mavs don't have Deron Williams (hernia), there should be more of Justin Anderson.
Barea has logged just 16.2 minutes in this series, finishing with two points, one rebound and three assists on 1-of-6 shooting from the field in Game 1. His -1.7 nERD on the year ranked inside the top 100.
