Tony Allen good to go for Game 1 for Grizzlies
Memphis Grizzlies guard/forward Tony Allen (hamstring) will be ready to go for Game 1 on Sunday against the San Antonio Spurs.
He did say his pain "runs deeper than the ocean." Allen seems like he might be limited, which could give a couple extra minutes to Matt Barnes and Lance Stephenson.
Allen finished the season with a -1.7 nERD, which ranked 97th, in 64 games played. He averaged 8.4 points, 4.6 rebounds, 1.7 steals and 1.1 assists per game while posting a 50.5 True Shooting Percentage, the second-lowest mark of his career. We currently give the Grizzlies just a 0.1 percent chance of winning the NBA championship, the lowest of the 16 playoff teams.
