Wizards rule out Gary Neal after tip-off

Washington Wizards guard Gary Neal (leg) was ruled out of Tuesday's game with a little more than three minutes to go in the first quarter.

What It Means:

He missed the five previous games, but it's a little odd the Wizards waited until the game started to actually rule him out. Maybe he aggravated his leg in warmups, but he wouldn't have played many minutes anyways. Garrett Temple and Bradley Beal both benefit.

Neal has earned a -1.1 nERD through his 40 games played this season, ranking 83rd overall. His 55.8 True Shooting Percentage is the second-best mark of his career, and he is averaging 9.8 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.0 3-pointers per game on the season.
