Kobe Bryant, Julius Randle both expected to play on Monday for Lakers

Los Angeles Lakers guard/forward Kobe Bryant (shoulder) and power forward Julius Randle (ankle) are both expected to play on Monday versus the Indiana Pacers.

What It Means:

Despite Bryant's questionable tag, he's going to keep playing so long as he doesn't suffer a setback or new injury of any kind. While Randle's ankle injury looked bad, he quickly shook it off and wasn't in real danger of missing any time. Both players will be in the starting lineup as the Lakers take on Roy Hibbert's old team on Monday.

Despite the recent hot streak, Bryant still owns the worst nERD in the league at -10.4. He's averaging 16.9 points, 4.2 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game while posting a career-worst 46.1 True Shooting Percentage. Randle has the fifth-worst nERD in the league at -7.0. Despite a lack of efficiency (41.6 field goal percentage), Randle has now exceeded 20 points in 15 straight contests on FanDuel. He's averaging 11.1 points and 9.8 rebounds in 27.2 minutes a night so far this season.
