Kings' Rudy Gay out after ankle injury
Sacramento Kings small forward Rudy Gay exited Friday's game after turning his left ankle, and he has been ruled out for the remainder of the contest.
Gay was able to walk off under his own power. In just under four minutes, he totaled two points, one assists and one rebound.
Gay is averaging 18.2 points, 6.9 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.2 steals through 43 games. His 50.7 Effective Field Goal Percentage is his best mark since the 2007-'08 season.
