Bulls without Pau Gasol (hand) for matchup with Nuggets
Chicago Bulls forward/center Pau Gasol (hand) has been ruled out for Friday's game versus the Denver Nuggets, with Cameron Bairstow starting in his place.
Bairstow hasn't done much at all this season. While he'll be drawing the start tonight, Bobby Portis offers a lot more upside and is a much more attractive DFS target. The Bulls are on the first game of a back-to-back set, so Gasol may miss Saturday's game versus the Minnesota Timberwolves. Derrick Rose and Jimmy Butler will be busy on offense sans Gasol.
Gasol has a solid 6.3 nERD, which ranks 24th, in 46 games played this season. He's averaging 16.7 points, 11.0 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.0 blocks per game while posting a 52.8 True Shooting Percentage.
