Jae Crowder (quad) ruled out by Utah on Wednesday
Utah Jazz forward Jae Crowder (quad) will not play on Wednesday versus the Phoenix Suns.
What It Means:
A bit of a surprise here as Crowder was listed probable to play with a quad injury. It isn't clear if he suffered a setback or the Jazz are being extra cautious with the forward as they face one of the worst teams in the NBA. With Derrick Favors out as well, the Jazz will be shorthanded up front.
Crowder has averaged 12.0 points and 4.8 rebounds in 27.4 minutes per game this season.
