Jeff Teague (foot) to sit again for Timberwolves Thursday

Minnesota Timberwolves point guard Jeff Teague (foot) will not play on Thursday against the Charlotte Hornets.

What It Means:

It will be Teague's fifth consecutive absence. Derrick Rose (elbow) has also been ruled out again, so Tyus Jones should draw another start. The Timberwolves will not be making the playoffs, making it possible that Teague, 30, remains out for the rest of the season.

Teague has averaged 29.5 FanDuel points over 42 games this season, with 12.1 points, 2.5 rebounds, 8.2 assists, 1.0 steals, and 0.8 triples per contest.
