Report: Raptors' Serge Ibaka suspended 3 games for Monday altercation

Toronto Raptors forward/center Serge Ibaka has been suspended 3 games by the NBA for an altercation with Marquese Chriss during Monday's game against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

What It Means:

Ibaka was ejected from Monday's matchup after charging at and throwing a punch at Marquese Chriss. He's previously been suspended for altercations with Robin Lopez in 2017 and James Johnson last season. Ibaka will begin serving his suspension on Thursday and remain out until March 20. Marc Gasol will likely continue to start in the meantime.
