Karl-Anthony Towns involved in car accident, questionable for Timberwolves Friday
Minnesota Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns was involved in a car accident on the way to the airport on Thursday and is questionable for Friday's game versus the New York Knicks.
Towns was able to take a commercial flight to New York, so it fortunately doesn't sound too serious. Dario Saric and Taj Gibson would likely split the majority of Towns' minutes if the Timberwolves decide to hold him out. Andrew Wiggins, Derrick Rose, and Jeff Teague would also stand to see a boost on offense.
In the event Towns plays on Friday, numberFire's models expect him to score 49.7 FanDuel, at a cost of $10,800.
