Toronto Raptors shooting guard Norman Powell will start in place of Kawhi Leonard (knee) on Wednesday versus the Washington Wizards.
Powell averaged 25.5 minutes in two previous starts this season, compared to 18.0 minutes in 34 games off the bench. He recorded 7.5 points and 4.0 rebounds with 1.5 triples in those contests.
