Lance Thomas to start Wednesday with Luke Kornet out for Knicks
New York Knicks forward Lance Thomas will start on Wednesday versus the Houston Rockets.
What It Means:
Enes Kanter was expected to get the start, but it appears the Knicks will play the matchups preferring to have Thomas play power forward and have Noah Vonleh start at center and match up with Kenneth Faried.
Thomas has played in just 18 of the Knicks' 44 games, averaging 15.5 minutes per contest.
