Pistons' Andre Drummond (nose) will not return on Friday night
Detroit Pistons center Andre Drummond (nose) will not return on Friday versus the Miami Heat.
Drummond was elbowed in the face and was bleeding profusely from the nose. The big man was a bit woozy as well, meaning he could be dealing with a concussion along with a broken nose. He should be considered highly questionable to play Saturday versus the Sacramento Kings. Zaza Pachulia started the second half in Drummond's place.
Drummond finished Friday's game with 0 points, 3 rebounds, and 1 block for 6.6 FanDuel points in 7 minutes.
