Derrick Rose (right ankle) intends to play for Timberwolves Friday
Minnesota Timberwolves point guard Derrick Rose (right ankle sprain) says he will play on Friday versus the Dallas Mavericks.
The Timberwolves intend to make a final decision after Rose goes through pre-game warmups, but barring any setbacks, he should be back out there Friday after missing the past six games. It's not clear what sort of role Rose will have under new head coach Ryan Saunders, but Tyus Jones' playing time figures to take a hit regardless.
numberFire's models expect Rose to play 24.3 minutes and score 24.7 FanDuel points, at a cost of $6,300, on Friday.
