Drew Gooden likely to return to D.C.
The Wizards are planning on resigning their 33-year-old power forward Drew Gooden.
What It Means:
Gooden will most likely come off the bench this season as a stretch four. He shot 39% from downtown on the season and 46.2% from 3 during the postseason. The Wizards are competing with the Spurs to claim David West in free agency but in the meantime they plan to lock up Drew Gooden as a reliable option off the bench.
