Markieff Morris (concussion) will play for Wizards Friday
Washington Wizards forward/center Markieff Morris (concussion) will play against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday, head coach Scott Brooks said.
Morris returned to practice on Thursday after missing a game while going through the NBA's concussion protocol. Dwight Howard (back) will make his season debut Friday, so the two will start in the frontcourt for Washington. Jeff Green figures to lose minutes and Jason Smith may drop out of the rotation entirely.
