Evan Turner leaves Celtics' game with right eye injury
Evan Turner left Friday's game against the Wizards with an apparent right eye injury, and did not return.
The injury seemed minor, and Turner was listed as questionable to return, but the game was a blowout so there was no need to put him in. This doesn't seem like it will be a long-term issue moving forward.
Turner hasn't been particularl efficient this year, averaging 9.5 points, 4.7 rebounds and 3.5 assits in 25.9 minutes per game. His .449 Effective Field Goal percentage is right around his career average (.448) and he sports an unimpressive -2.3 nERD that ranks 103rd in the NBA.
