Warriors officially rule out DeMarcus Cousins (Achilles) for Tuesday
Golden State Warriors center DeMarcus Cousins (Achilles) has been officially ruled out for Tuesday's season opener.
No surprises as Cousins is not expected to play for at least a couple of months. He remains without a timetable, but all reports suggest the Dubs will keep the All-Star out until January. Jordan Bell, Damian Jones, and Kevon Looney will all see minutes at the five with Cousins out.
Our models project Cousins for 19.9 points, 9.6 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 1.3 steals, and 1.3 blocks per game this season.
